I checked in online on 2/7/2022 at approximately 12:25, as I always have for over a year now. The app said a zero minute wait. Upon arrival I was "On Deck," which was perfectly fine. When the stylist came for the next customer, she took a gentleman who was after me on the list. As she walked him back to the chair, she told me "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't see you there." I was in the front row of seats, the other gentleman was behind me. As the gentleman sat down, they both started laughing about it. I am quite confident that the employee who did this will not care at all, but perhaps if you are the owner of this location you might want to know, hence the reason I am taking the time to post this. Due to her uncalled for rudeness, you have lost my business. There are plenty of other locations that would be happy to have a new customer and show me at least a sliver of courtesy.

Every time I go in there, the service is excellent, the service is timely, and the service is consistent. Special thanks to Casie and Jackie, the ladies that normally cut my hair.

So far two area SE Houston Sports Clips seem to have forgotten customer service. It is sad to see two to three stylists " on break" with a lobby of five plus guys. I sure would like to see the corporate policy/procedure on this one. I have tried different times of day and still seems to a regular process for costumers to wait with plenty of employees to make the experience seemless with limited wait times Concerned
